Contact me via email with your request and all contact details
I confirm availability and send payment instructions by email.
Payment must be made by bank transfer; bank details will be emailed upon booking.
Once payment is received, I send a confirmation email

Scheduling and Cancellation:
- Bookings require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations or no-shows incur the full session fee.
Payments:
- Payment is due within 7 days of invoice receipt.
- Payments must be made by bank transfer; details emailed upon booking.
- Late payments may incur a £15 administration fee per week overdue.
Confidentiality:
- All client information is treated as strictly confidential.
- No information will be shared without written consent.
Intellectual Property:
- All materials and content I create remain my intellectual property.
- Clients receive a licence to use materials internally only.
- Any external use requires written permission.
Liability:
- I provide expert guidance, but clients are responsible for decisions and implementation.
- I am not liable for outcomes resulting from consultancy advice.
Complaints:
- Any concerns should be raised promptly via email.
- I am committed to resolving disputes professionally and amicably.
Amendments:
- Terms and conditions may be updated periodically with notification to clients.
